THE TEAM AND ROLE
As a Bid & Proposal Manager (all genders), you'll play a pivotal role in Avelios' growth by winning the public tenders that bring our healthcare platform to hospitals. You'll own strategic bid opportunities end-to-end, shape winning strategies, and unite cross-functional teams behind a shared goal: delivering compelling proposals that create real impact in healthcare.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Take end-to-end ownership of large and complex public tenders, from opportunity assessment and strategy development to final proposal submission
Plan, coordinate, and drive the entire bid process while aligning cross-functional teams, external partners, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality proposals on time and within budget
Analyze tender and RFP documentation, clarify technical, commercial, and contractual requirements, and ensure consistent, compliant, and competitive bid responses
Prepare, present, and lead the negotiation of proposed solutions while collaborating closely with Sales Management, PreSales, Product Management, and Project Management throughout the bid lifecycle
Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes by fostering knowledge sharing, implementing best practices, and enhancing proposal quality and efficiency
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in Bid Management, Proposal Management, or Project Management, ideally in a complex enterprise software environment
Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders under tight deadlines
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive outcomes across internal and external stakeholders
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
