Job Description
Sie sind verantwortlich fur....
- Administrative Abwicklung der Bestellung; Auftragsbestatigung und Verfolgung der Liefertermine
- Abstimmung der Liefertermine und -mengen, passend zum Produktions- oder Kundenbedarf
- Stammdatenpflege (im Warenwirtschaftssystem) und allgemeine Burotatigkeiten
- Systematische Optimierung der bestehenden Bestellprozesse
- Wochentliche Abstimmung mit externen oder internen Lieferanten (Schwestergesellschaften in Europa)
- Sicherstellung der Erreichung von definierten Kennzahlen
- Eigenstandiges Erstellen von Auswertungen und Statistiken (Reports)
- Ubernahme weiterer Aufgaben/Projekte im Bereich Supply Chain
Qualifications
Sie bringen mit...
- Kaufmannische Ausbildung oder Studium und Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse uber Wirkungsweise/Planungsmethoden ERP - System von Vorteil
- Fremdsprache (Englisch) verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Sichere Anwendung der Microsoft Office Programme (speziell Excel)
- Gute organisatorische und analytische Fahigkeiten
- Hohes Ma an Kommunikations- und Teamfahigkeit
- Selbststandiges u. strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Zuverlassigkeit
