As Shopper Activation Lead DACH, you will lead the development and execution of the shopper activation strategy for our Chocolate portfolio. Working closely with local and regional teams, you will ensure outstanding execution at point of sale while driving sustainable growth and brand loyalty. Ideally based in Unterhaching (Germany). This is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract of 12 months.

As Shopper Activation Lead DACH, you will lead the development and execution of the shopper activation strategy for our Chocolate portfolio. What would be your key responsibilities?
- Lead the development and execution of the shopper activation strategy for the Chocolate portfolio across the DACH region, ensuring strong alignment with commercial and brand priorities
- Develop and implement impactful in-store campaigns, promotions, POS materials, and activation plans that drive shopper engagement, sales growth, and brand visibility
- Collaborate closely with local and regional Brand, Sales, Category, and Customer teams to ensure best-in-class execution and strategic alignment across all channels
- Analyze shopper insights, market trends, and sales performance data to identify opportunities, optimize activation effectiveness, and support business growth
- Own and drive the annual DACH activity plan, defining key executional priorities and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination and delivery
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales Teams, Market Heads, and Regional Teams, to secure alignment and successful execution across markets
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English

- Proven experience in Brand Management, Shopper Marketing, Activity Management, or alternatively within Sales or Category Management, ideally in a FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and shopper behavior, with the ability to translate insights into impactful activation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Brand, Category, and Regional teams
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities
- Solid business acumen and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Confidence to lead projects and influence key stakeholders
- Passion for Chocolate, consumer-centric marketing, and creating exceptional shopper experiences
