Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workspace Security Sales Specialists across EMEA, driving a high-performance culture focused on accountability, pipeline generation, and consistent quota attainment.
  • Own regional revenue performance, ensuring alignment to quarterly and annual ARR targets, with clear visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression.
  • Build and execute a scalable EMEA go-to-market strategy, focused on new logo acquisition while expanding existing enterprise relationships across key markets.
  • Establish and scale a strong partner-led motion, enabling channel and technology partners to co-sell effectively and contribute meaningfully to pipeline and bookings.
  • Coach the team on value-based selling, enabling the development of ROI-driven business cases tailored to CISOs, security leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Channel teams to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.
  • Drive operational rigor through CRM hygiene, forecast discipline, and consistent use of sales methodologies and tools.
  • Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent, building a bench of high-performing sellers aligned to the company's growth ambitions.
  • Act as a key voice of the market, providing feedback to Product and GTM leadership on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and regional opportunities.


Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets, with strong experience in pipeline creation and new logo acquisition.
  • Deep experience selling cybersecurity or security-focused SaaS solutions (email security, endpoint, cloud, or adjacent technologies) into enterprise organizations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with a passion for developing talent and driving performance through clear expectations and accountability.
  • Expertise in managing and closing large, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer challenges into compelling, value-based solutions and ROI narratives.
  • Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems within EMEA markets.
  • Operationally strong, with experience leveraging tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, matrixed, or transformational environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed (~40-50%).
