To enhance our IT team at our location in Lingen we are looking for a

Cyber Defense Specialist (all genders welcome)

ROSEN's international operations as market leader in the industry go hand in hand with a wide, international IT infrastructure.
Integrating information security into our projects and processes, we are looking for an team member to join our group-wide security operations team.
Based in Lingen (EMS), operating globally, your success will support the ROSEN Group to prevent economic damage, protecting intellectual property, customer value and jobs.

Your Responsiblities:

• You will identify new cybersecurity threats and implement countermeasures for the entire ROSEN Group
• You will conduct regular penetration tests and implement structural measures to harden our system landscape
• You will support us in risk dialogue for SaaS applications, suppliers, and responses to security incidents
• You will be the point of contact for all security aspects throughout the project lifecycle in international IT projects
• With your expertise, you will take on the technical management of IT projects with a focus on security and administer security products in business operations
• Together with you, we will expand ROSEN's ISMS with additional guidelines, instructions, and procedures
• With your expertise in the team, you will protect the company's global business operations and report to the group's CISO

What you will bring

• Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Over 4 years of experience in information security
• You have advanced knowledge of IT security and IT risk management
• Professional experience in operating one or more security products
• Interest in continuous professional development, e.g., through training courses or conference attendance, in order to stay up to date
• Good communication skills in English and German (spoken and written)
• You are a true team player and nothing can get you upset that quickly
