IN A NUTSHELL, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Establishment and development of a new sales focus with direct cooperation with GM DACH
  • Sales responsibility for the drugstore channel, i.e.
  • Support and maintenance of existing customers including annual and listing discussions
  • Acquisition and development of new customer relationships to further drive growth
  • Responsibility for the profit and loss account of the clients served, including budget planning and control
  • Forecast planning and monitoring for the customers we serve
  • Close cooperation with the marketing team in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Market and competitive analysis, in collaboration with category management and trade marketing, to identify opportunities and offer appropriate solutions
  • Participation in the development of sales and marketing campaigns

The job description is not exhaustive, and the post holder will be required to undertake other duties in line with their ability and the changing needs of the business.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Completed studies in the field of business, marketing or a comparable qualification
  • At least three years of experience in key account management in the FMCG sector, ideally already with beverage and/or drugstore experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills at all hierarchical levels
  • Very good analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers as well as initial experience in working with market data (e.g. Nielsen).
  • Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working and keeping an eye on "the big picture"
  • Proactive way of working with a strong "hands-on" attitude
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Passion for healthy products and sustainable success
