What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet full life-cycle Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent in theDACH region, with additional support for global locations as needed. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover for 12-18 months, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements andqualifications.
  • Utilize data andup-to-date market insightstoadvice onmarket realities or alternatives.
  • Develop and implementeffective sourcing strategies within a variety ofchannels.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment ofcandidatesto ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet'srequirements,culture,and values.
  • Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuringa robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
  • Artfully manage offers andnegotiations,finding a successful outcome for both parties.
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships with candidates, growing the futurepipeline.
  • Support Zimmer Biomet's diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when neededand supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay informedof industrytrends, competitivelandscape,and best practices to continually improvethe recruitment process and experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Your Background

  • 6+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Acquisition Advisor/Partner

  • Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process andoutcomes.

  • Experience hiring senior individual contributor roles through Directorlevel

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HRsoftware.

  • English and German fluency required. French is a strong asset.

Physical Requirements & Travel Expectations
