Construction Engineer/Materials Controls Pharma Project
PM Group are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer / Materials Controller for a large-scale pharmaceutical project in the greater Frankfurt region.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates with PMG (PM Group) and Procurement on free-issue Equipment schedules, delivery, storage, receipts, site inspection and issue to installation contractors
- Reviews procurement schedule and expediting report weekly with PMG and procurement and highlights any concerns relative to ROS (Request on site) dates for construction
- Manages/co-ordinates Equipment vendor site services.
- Manages/ liaises with PMG Design / Procurement arranging attendance at / coordinating SAT'S, pressure testing and witnessing, etc.
- Ensure GRN’s (Goods Received Note) are complete where required
- Manage contractor performance for specialized installations
- Ensure construction compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards
- Special tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Substantial experience in large-scale pharmaceutical, industrial and/or mission critical construction projects of which at least 3 years of construction site experience in Germany
- Logistical and Materials handling experience is essential
- Knowledge of EU GMP requirements, an understanding of German construction regulations, pharma facility licensing requirements, and European regulatory compliance standards - would be ideal
- Fluency in German (B2+) and English skills (B1+)
- Valid work permit for Germany
- Flexibility to work on site
