CSA Supervisor - Frankfurt
PM Group are looking for a CSA Supervisor to work on a Pharma project in the Frankfurt region.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil and structural works throughout all project phases from design through completion
- Review and approve structural drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies
- Ensure compliance with Swiss building codes, pharmaceutical regulations (GMP), and international standards
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and contractors
- Coordinate directly with pharmaceutical client representatives and regulatory bodies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate construction and design risks
- Ensure timely delivery of structural milestones and critical path activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civils, Structural Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 8+ years in civil/structural supervision, with 3+ years in pharmaceutical construction
- Fluent English and German

Technical Knowledge:
- Swiss building codes (SIA standards)
- Pharmaceutical facility design requirements
- GMP compliance in construction
- Advanced knowledge of structural analysis software
- Experience with cleanroom environments and controlled manufacturing spaces
- Previous work on large-scale pharmaceutical or biotech facilities
- Familiarity with European construction standards and procurement processes
For all roles, ideal candidates must have :
- Relevant work experience in Pharma or EPC / EPCM Projects
- Right to work in Europe
- Fluent German and English Language Skills
