• You support the sales team by providing deep technical insight and ensure our product is positioned for maximum impact.
• You plan and participate in customer meetings and workshops - guide customers by translating complex business processes into smart technical solutions and actionable plans that deliver real value and support customers' goals.
• .You will represent our products at industry events, support marketing activities and moderate workshops with customers, partners and internal teams...
• You gather market- and industry trends from your customer-, sales- and community engagements and feed it back into the product team.
