We are looking for a talented Regional HSE Manager (m/w/d) - Central and Northen Europe to join our Health & Safety team in Germany.
This role requires on-site presence, based on a 40-hour work week.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive the execution of the Europe HSE strategy across Central and Northern Europe, ensuring consistent and effective implementation at site and project level.
- Set clear direction by identifying key risks, prioritizing actions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal standards across multiple countries.
- Partner closely with operational and project teams to implement HSE programs, monitor performance, and continuously improve safety outcomes.
- Foster a strong HSE culture by influencing stakeholders and embedding health, safety, and environmental considerations into everyday decision-making.
- Facilitate hazard identification, environmental impact assessments, and risk management processes to drive proactive risk reduction and compliance.
- Develop and execute site HSE plans, set measurable targets, and ensure successful delivery of improvement actions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex HSE topics including incident investigation, contractor safety, emergency response, and sustainability initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights and performance metrics to identify trends, strengthen compliance, and drive continuous improvement across all sites.
Education/ Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Occupational Health, Safety or Environmental required. Professional certification in HSE-related field preferred.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Proven experience in PowerGen, construction, or project-based environments, with a strong understanding of operational HSE challenges.
- Solid knowledge of multi-country regulatory frameworks and the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in contractor management and delivering HSE across complex projects and sites.
- Strong expertise in critical risk areas (e.g., electrical safety, process safety, energy systems), combined with the ability to coach and develop teams and hold line management responsibility.
