Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

You'll be the friendly, professional presence that represents our Service Department, delivering a first-class experience to every client who walks through our doors or calls in.

• Welcome and assist service guests in our lounge, offering refreshments and a first-class experience
• Support the Service Drive by assisting advisors and ensuring smooth client flow
• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions via phone and email

Qualifications

• Required: At least 1 year of customer service experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday shifts as needed
  
• Sundays plus one additional weekday off

Compensation

• This position offers $20.00.hour - $24.00/hour depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses, including Individual Appointment Shown incentives.
