Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead a highperformance team in the production of miniature circuit breakers (MCB) and be responsible for their operational excellence. You ensure that individual component parts are processed into highquality ABB products under the highest quality and safety standards. As Team Leader Production, you work closely with the Production Manager and help shape a productive, safe, and trusting work environment.
You are mainly responsible for:
Leading a highly efficient production area with approx. 20-25 employees in a collegial and appreciative working environment
Ensuring smooth 24/6 production operations through shift management, capacity planning, and resource optimization
Driving continuous improvement by identifying optimization potential and leading CIP projects, KAIZEN workshops, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives
Empathic personnel leadership based on guidance, motivation, development, and recruitment of employees - with the goal of unlocking potential and empowering teams
Responsibility for occupational health & safety and quality assurance through implementation and monitoring of all ISO 9000-9004 standards and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment
Managing interfaces in close collaboration with HR, Quality, Production Planning, Engineering, and Maintenance
Qualifications for the Role
Technical Qualifications
Master craftsman certificate or technician degree in a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering)
Proven, several years of leadership experience in production or productionrelated areas (min. 3 years) Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and fully automated assembly processes Practical experience with CIP methods and Lean Management (e.g., KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma)
Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety (ISO 45001)
Sound understanding of quality standards and quality requirements (ISO 9000-9004)
Desirable Additional Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Experience with automated production equipment
Experience with plant and robot controls, MES systems, and warehouse management systems

Willingness to work shifts (alternating early/late shifts) including Saturday work is a structural requirement of this position. This requires a high degree of flexibility - therefore we compensate with shiftfree workdays, flexible break arrangements, and additional timeoff regulations
