Process Owner (m/f/d) Inland Delivery

We are seeking a Process Owner (m/f/d) to lead the restructuring of our inland transportation processes. This role is pivotal in establishing a global Inland Delivery (IDT) process, ensuring we meet our customer quality promises. You will collaborate closely with the Transport Management System team to develop a seamless and efficient IDT process, acting as the central point of contact for regional inquiries and driving process improvements.

  • Completed apprenticeship or university degree in shipping, logistics or transportation with strong experience in TD/Operations or Customer Service processes
  • Proactive team player with a strong goal orientation
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record in problem-solving
  • Experience in process optimization and improvement initiatives with the a
  • bility to document processes clearly and concisely
  • Strong communication skills combined with very good presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with transport management systems is preferred, Salesforce Case Management experience is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel for work
  • Define, document, and own the IDT process, adapting it to future needs and ensuring integration with the end-to-end process
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional IDT inquiries, facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders
  • Collect and assess feedback from local and regional teams, translating it into IT requirements for the TMS and Salesforce Case Management
  • Collaborate with the TMS product team to develop a synchronized process and system
  • Support IDT rollouts in various areas, aligning with regions on priorities, and facilitating best practice sharing
  • Monitor KPIs, set targets, and drive excellent service delivery and transport quality
  • Analyze process data to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including training materials
  • Communicate process changes effectively to ensure consistent implementation
