About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead complex turnkey construction projects across Germany. In this role, you will take full technical and organisational responsibility for industrial and commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
During your onboarding, you will spend your first weeks in Düsseldorf getting to know your colleagues, internal processes, and project workflows. Following this, you will be assigned to projects nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Overall technical and organisational management of construction projects
- Guide and support site management teams throughout execution
- Act as the main contact for clients and lead meetings and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and contractual requirements
- Manage timelines, milestones, and final acceptance
- Oversee costs, calculations, and budget adherence
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 6–8 years’ experience in turnkey construction in Germany
- Experience delivering industrial (min. 2) and commercial (1–2) projects
- Strong technical and strategic understanding of construction projects
- Confident communicator with leadership and coordination skills
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, ORCA (AVA is a plus)
- Languages: German C1, English C1
