About Our Client
Our client is a well-established international construction company delivering large-scale industrial and commercial projects across Germany.
With a strong pipeline of turnkey construction projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Site Manager (TGA) to support the delivery of complex, high-value builds nationwide.
Role Overview
As an M&E Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing building services (mechanical & electrical) works on-site, ensuring projects are delivered in line with technical, commercial, and scheduling requirements.
This is a hands-on, site-based role within a turnkey construction environment, requiring close coordination with subcontractors, project teams, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing M&E / TGA works across large-scale construction projects
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring smooth on-site execution
- Monitoring quality, progress, timelines, and costs
- Supporting project delivery across HOAI phases 6–9
- Conducting inspections, measurements, and quality control
- Reviewing subcontractor performance and technical submissions
- Supporting cost control and invoice verification
- Acting as a key interface between site teams, project management, and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years’ experience as an M&E / TGA Site Manager
- Experience in turnkey (Schlüsselfertigbau) construction projects in Germany
- Background in building services engineering, HVAC, or similar
- Experience working on large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of site coordination and subcontractor management
- Knowledge of VOB regulations is advantageous
- Fluent German (C1 required), English is a plus
- Full driving licence required
