Are you an experienced Construction Estimator looking to work on high-quality turnkey building projects? Join a leading international construction company delivering complex industrial, commercial, and residential projects across Germany.
This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise, BIM-based costing, and commercial insight, while working closely with project teams and subcontractors on large-scale developments.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost calculations for turnkey building construction projects
- Develop project budgets using BIM models and quantity take-off tools
- Create 3D models using Allplan (Nemetschek)
- Develop service specifications aligned with German construction standard (VOB/BGB/DIN)
- Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier offers
- Support contract award discussions with clients and subcontractors
- Identify commercial risks, cost increases, and value engineering opportunities
- Collaborate with project teams, planners, clients, and suppliers to gather technical and commercial data
- Support procurement activities and subcontractor negotiations
- Conduct regular site visits across Germany
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or similar technical field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction cost estimation
- Experience working on turnkey building projects (industrial, commercial, or residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of BIM, 3D modelling, and estimation tools (Allplan / Nemetschek / Nevaris or similar)
- Solid technical and commercial understanding of construction projects
- German language fluency and English at minimum B2 level
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Willingness to travel within Germany
