Wahrnehmung der Rolle als globaler Prozess-Owner (GPO) fur den Bereich des Management-Accountings und -Reportings:
- Entwicklung und Abstimmung eines ganzheitlichen Ansatzes fur die Management Accounting und Reporting-Prozesse fur die KUKAGruppe
- Sicherstellung der Datenintegration zwischen Fiscal- und Management-Accounting
- Gestaltung, Standardisierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung globaler FP&AProzesse fur die KUKAGruppe
- Forderung der segmentubergreifenden Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit entsprechenden Business Process Experts
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den GPOs der angrenzenden Finanzbereiche RTR, PTP, OTC
- Definition von Governance und ChangeProzessen zur Umsetzung des globalen Prozessframeworks
- Weiterentwicklung der FinancialSystemsRoadmap basierend auf Integrationsplanen, in enger Kooperation mit ITArchitekten und Partnern
- Gewahrleistung der Ausrichtung am FinanceDatenmodell und der Datenstrategie als Grundlage fur die Systemintegration
- Sicherstellung aktueller und korrekter Prozessdokumentationen und funktionale Anforderungsspezifikationen fur Systemimplementierungen
- Steuerung globaler Systemlosungen zur maximalen Automatisierung
- Definition, Implementierung und Uberwachung von ProzessKPIs und Analysen zur Identifikation und Losung von Problemen
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Accounting
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, FP&A oder in verwandten Funktionen
- Erfahrung in Unternehmen der Fertigungsindustrie oder im Projektgeschaft von Vorteil
- Hohe Kompetenz in ERPSystemen (SAP oder vergleichbar), Planungstools und BIUmgebungen
- Fundiertes Wissen uber Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie Best Practices im Management Accounting und in Planungsprozessen groer, globaler Unternehmen
- Nachweisliche Erfolge in Prozessverbesserungen und der Umsetzung globaler ChangeInitiativen
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und StakeholderManagementFahigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
