• - Technische Berufsausbildung; abgeschlossene Vorarbeiterausbildung oder Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung;
• - Qualitatsgrundkenntnisse;
• - Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office;
• - Kenntnisse in Leanmethoden / Verbesserungsprozessen;
• - Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;

• Personalverantwortung fur Monteure (direkte MitarbeiterInnen) mit Urlaubsplanung/-vergabe, Feststellen der Anwesenheit;
• Koordination der Arbeitseinteilung der MitarbeiterInnen sowie eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs;
• Kommunikation zwischen Team/-leiter und MitarbeiterInnen;
• Mitarbeit bei Cost-Down-Manahmen u. a. Projekten;
• Bestellung von Werkzeug, PSA, u. a. Verbrauchsmaterial
