We're on a mission to help people listen, learn, and work better together - and we're looking for a skilled EMEA Customer Marketing Manager to help drive regional impact across high-touch and premium accounts with a strong focus on DACH.
What This Role Is About
As part of the Global Customer Marketing team, reporting to the Customer Marketing Director, you'll translate global strategy into locally relevant, commercially impactful initiatives. You'll work closely with EMEA Sales leadership to prioritize accounts based on our revenue model, own the regional event strategy and budget, and deliver campaigns that drive account engagement and inbound opportunities.
This is a hands-on, ownership-oriented role - you'll be both execution-driven and commercially minded, with real accountability for measurable business outcomes.
Your Mission: What You'll Do
Lead Field & Customer Marketing in EMEA
- Own and execute customer and field marketing programs across high-touch and premium segments.
- Increase account engagement through tailored initiatives aligned to regional priorities.
- Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and refine regional go-to-market execution.
Deliver Measurable Commercial Impact
- Drive inbound opportunities and influence pipeline growth through targeted engagement.
- Track, measure, and optimize based on KPIs like engagement, opportunity influence, and ROI.
- Continually improve regional marketing operations with insight-backed refinements.
Own Regional Events & Programs
- Design and implement the EMEA event calendar - from industry events to customer events and webinars.
- Manage regional marketing budget decisions tied to commercial impact.
- Ensure events and programs are locally relevant and aligned with global playbooks.
Translate Global Strategy into Local Success
- Localize global campaigns in ways that resonate with EMEA and DACH audiences.
- Provide structured feedback from the market to inform global strategy.
- Identify trends, competitive dynamics, and regional needs that unlock better performance.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6+ years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience with a focus on field, customer, or revenue- aligned marketing.
- A commercial mindset - you get pipeline, account engagement, opportunity influence, and ROI.
- Track record owning regional programs, events, and budget decisions.
- Strong collaborator - you work comfortably with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
- German language skills at a professional level are required
- Ability to balance execution with analysis and continuous improvement.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Braze) is a plus.
