Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstutzung der Werks- und Produktionsleitung und der zugehorigen Abteilungen in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Organisation, Koordination und von Meetings und Workshops, Terminen und Geschaftsreisen inkl. Reiseplanung sowie Abwicklung der Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Erstellung und Aufbereiten von Managementprasentationen
- Planung und Organisation von Schulungen
- Pflege interner Kommunikationskanale
- Steuerung ausgewahlter Standort- und Organisationsprojekte in Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
- Unterstutzung bei standortweiten Initiativen
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmannische Berufsausbildung
- Fundierte Erfahrung als Assistenz, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gangigen IT-Systemen (bspw. MS-Office, Sharepoint)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP und Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbstandige und losungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Ma an Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamgeist und Flexibilitat sowie Diskretion
- Selbstbewusste, offene und positive Ausstrahlung sowie ein souveranes Auftreten
