We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Leader for the DACH region to spearhead growth within our sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting winning strategies, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring we consistently outperform our market targets. Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.

  • Partner with the Regional Sales Director to ensure team tactics align with broader corporate objectives.

2. Team Management & Coaching

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual goals.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development/coaching.

  • Foster a high-performance, positive culture centered on accountability and growth.

3. Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to ensure the team stays on path to hit targets.

  • Deliver detailed performance reports and data-driven insights to executive leadership.

4. Relationship Management & Market Intelligence

  • Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities within the territory.


Candidate Requirements

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop, implement, and pivot sales strategies in a competitive landscape.

  • Leadership Excellence: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of motivating teams to reach peak performance.

  • Data Fluency: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced data analysis tools.

  • Problem Solving: An analytical approach to overcoming obstacles and optimizing sales processes.

  • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on high-standard service and client loyalty.
