Sushi Chef

Our client is a Modern Asian & Japanese cuisine Restaurant & Take away company. They combine fresh ingredients, simple menu but tasty dishes. Guests can enjoy a meal in a modern designed restaurant or get the meals delivered at home. For their expanding business we are now looking for 3 Junior sushi chefs ( commis to chef de partie level ) Requirements 1-3 years experience as sushi chef / commis to chef de partie level Punctuality, motivation ability to work in a team and reliability compliance with and implementation of the HACCP guidelines ready to start at a short notice available for long term 1 year contract or longer Benefits 1,700 to 2,200 EURO/Net per month paid over time medical & pension insurance 25 days paid holidays Accommodation options to be discussed.
