Our client, a thriving Pan Asian restaurant -Casual Dining style with buffet and take-away options, is seeking talented individuals to join their team in North-Rhine-Westphalia's bustling cities, including Aachen, Munster, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Bonn, Oberhausen, and Dortmund. As a Sushi Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes to our discerning guests. From crafting beautiful sushi rolls to ensuring the smooth operation of our take-away service, you will be an integral part of our culinary team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency. - Ensure efficient operation of the sushi station during busy service periods, maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. - Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock. - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations. s. Requirements - Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-volume restaurant or take-away operation. - Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and sushi preparation techniques. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Eligibility to work in Germany is a must. - Priority will be given to chefs already based in Germany.
