• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise als Chemikant
• Sicherer Umgang mit Geraten, Betriebsmitteln und Rohstoffen
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Herstellung von Beschichtungsstoffen gema Fertigungsanweisung, inkl. Auswahl und Kennzeichnung geeigneter Kessel und Ruhrwerke.
• Sicherstellen der Produktqualitat durch Dokumentation aller Rohstoffe, Ausfullen des QS-Zettels und Eintragung des Produktionsstatus.
• Einhaltung betrieblicher und gesetzlicher Vorgaben wie UVV, Gefahrstoffverordnung, WHG, etc.
• Sicherheits- und Ordnungsvorschriften befolgen: Erdung, Abdeckung der Kessel, Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz, fachgerechte Entsorgung.
• Effiziente Nutzung von Ressourcen: Reinigung und Ruckfuhrung aller Rohstoffe, Gebinde und Gerate nach Gebrauch.
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Aufgabenbereichs in Abstimmung mit Produkt- und Organisationsveranderungen.
• Teilnahme an internen Schulungen und aktive Mitwirkung im BVW (Betriebsverfassungswerk o. A.).
• Koordination mit Perlmuhlenfahrern zur Sicherstellung der Verfugbarkeit und optimalen Nutzung der Anlagen.
