Job Description
We are looking for motivated candidates for apprenticeship programs in the hospitality industry (m/f/d) at various locations across Germany. Typical apprenticeship roles include Hotel Specialist, Restaurant Service Staff, Cook / Chef, or other positions in hotel and gastronomy operations.
During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to deliver excellent guest service, support daily hotel or restaurant operations, and develop practical skills in a professional and international environment.
Key Responsibilities (depending on the role)
Welcome and support guests in a friendly and professional way
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure high service standards
Support daily restaurant and hotel operations (front office, service, housekeeping, etc.)
Assist in preparing and presenting meals (for kitchen roles)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service and kitchen areas
Handle reservations, guest requests, and basic administrative tasks
Learn hotel/restaurant workflows, teamwork, and communication with guests
Follow quality standards, safety regulations, and HACCP guidelines (if applicable)
Requirements
Strong interest in hospitality, gastronomy, cooking, or customer service
Enjoy working with people and providing great guest experiences
German language skills at minimum B1 level (required)
Friendly personality, reliability, and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays (depending on the role)
First experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required
