Sales Development Representative
OUR WORK MODEL
Office-Based: This role is based in our office and requires you to work on-site full-time. During your initial training period, you will be required to work in the office five days a week. Once ramped up, you will have the option to work four days per week in the office.
YOUR ROLE
As a German speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in Cognism's growth by exceeding your monthly meeting targets and generating new sales opportunities. This role requires ambition, resilience, and a competitive mindset. You'll engage with a high volume of inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES
Engage with a high volume of inbound leads, quickly qualifying potential sales opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate new business.
Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile to assess fit and need effectively.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards exceeding targets.
Stay agile and proactive in learning new tools, processes, and market trends.
