Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Germany, aligned with company objectives.
- Manage brand campaigns, digital performance activities, and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with the central marketing team to plan and implement initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and efficient execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Oversee local marketing agencies and media agencies, ensuring quality delivery, efficient media buying, and accountability.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of marketing experience in the fintech industry.
- Experience working with a media agency on planning and buying offline media (OOH, TV, Press, Audio) OR direct experience working within a media agency focusing on traditional media buying.
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
- Experience managing affiliates and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
