As a Sales Trader, your primary goal will be to build a robust client portfolio and execute trades that support clients in meeting their environmental compliance objectives. You will take the lead in developing and executing a sales strategy tailored to your designated market and focus product.

- LeadGeneration: Build a comprehensive and targeted lead list to enable a disciplined and strategic approach to extensive outreach efforts.
- PerformanceOwnership:Takefullaccountabilityforachievingpersonalrevenueandprofit(PnL)targets.
- TradeExecution:Executetradeswithprecisionandefficiency.
- ClientEngagement: Build and maintain relationships by engaging with clients via phone, online platforms, and face to face meetings to understand and address their business needs.
- MarketCommunication: Provide stakeholders with daily pricing updates and market insights through professional messaging systems.
