Account Executive (SMBs)
In order to continue our Client's expansion in this market, we are looking for a Account Executive to help build our commercial footprint - and in the medium term, lead and grow a local sales team.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager Germany, you will actively contribute to the go-to-market strategy, bring new leads with high potential and contribute to our aim of becoming a key player on the local market.
To be successful in your mission, you will have to interact and work with various Business Units (Sales, Marketing, Business Tech, etc.).

- Search for new business opportunities by proactively leveraging your professional network, including active presence at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Develop high-impact prospecting strategies through LinkedIn, positioning yourself as a trusted industry expert within the German market.
- Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential opportunities generated through outbound initiatives and inbound leads in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
- You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction in:
- Deeply understanding the needs of our potential clients in Germany and obtaining qualified appointments (physically or remotely).
- Presenting our solutions and convincing prospects of our added value.
- Quoting commercial offers, negotiating and finally closing deals. - Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce and our marketing automation tool Outreach.
- Suggest new sales techniques, optimizing our lead qualification strategy and processes.
- Support the development of the German sales structure by sharing best practices and mentoring new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master's degree in sales or related field.
- Proven track record of success in a Sales / Business Development role in the German market, preferably in a SaaS environment, ideally in a SaaS or subscription model company.
- Very good communication skills both in writing and orally, to communicate internally and represent the company in the country.
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, recovering quickly from setbacks and seeing them as an opportunity to progress.
- You like to work in an international team and in a good mood. Team spirit and intellectual curiosity are your top 2 qualities.
- Native German & fluent in English.
