About this role
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
We are currently looking for GMP Cell Therapy Manufacturing Laboratory Staff to support advanced cell therapy manufacturing activities at a state-of-the-art facility in Leipzig. In this role, you will work hands-on in a GMP-regulated environment, performing cell and tissue culture processes to support the production of innovative therapies.
This is a direct hire opportunity, where you will join an industry-leading biotechnology organization as a permanent employee, fully embedded within their team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform cell and tissue culture activities in a GMP-compliant cleanroom environment
- Execute manufacturing processes following SOPs, batch records, and GMP guidelines
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities
- Support aseptic operations and maintain cleanroom standards
- Contribute to process consistency, quality control, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Hands-on experience with cell culture / tissue culture techniques
- Background in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or laboratory work
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Leipzig area
