Team Purpose:

The purpose of this team is to guarantuee apprentices & dual students a community in which they can evolve and a great learning journey within our company. The goal is to find a match for after their apprenticeship in order to stay at the company at long term. This is also the purpose of the team for the company: Having a talent pipeline for various teams of the company.

Tasks:

• Create job offers and job ads in our application tracking system and current job marketplaces (e.g. Azubiyo, Ausbildungs.de),
• Organize Assessment Centers and interviews and take part in them
• Support in onboarding tasks, such as informing the workers council, creating contracts, and handling post mail.
• Support in the hiring process: Inform the workers council, create working contracts, guarantee & control the post mail.
• Manage the candidate communication

You will learn:

• Screen applications, conduct first contact with candidates, and clarify application-related questions.
• How to create IT onboarding tickets, improve onboarding input, update information about the company.
• Support the teamlead in various employee care services (e.g. planning and preparation of feedback exchanges, roundtables, afterworks etc.)

Your Profil:

• Organizational skills are helpful but not necessary as they will be trained ;-)
