- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure premium customer service aligned with brand values.
- Monitor KPIs and propose concrete actions to improve performance.
- Supervise operational and stockroom activities, ensuring efficiency and impeccable store image.
- Take part in training and developing Sales Assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Be a role model in style, behavior, and customer attention.

- You have experience in fashion retail or premium retail.
- You enjoy supporting and guiding people and facing challenges with energy and vision.

Sie passen perfekt zu uns, wenn:
- Sie verfügen über mindestens ein Jahr nachweisliche Erfahrung im Einzelhandel
- Sie sind ein natürlicher Verkäufer und stets hochmotiviert, Ziele (KPIs) zu erreichen.
- Sie verfügen über starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie über die Fähigkeit, eine Beziehung zu Kunden aufzubauen
- Sie sind flexibel, auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten
- Sind in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu erledigen
- Sie sprechen fließend Englisch und die Landessprache, andere Sprachen sind herzlich willkommen
