- Project Management & Client Ownership: You independently manage performance marketing projects for our hotel clients and serve as the primary point of contact for both strategic and operational topics.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: You develop cross-channel paid media strategies for renowned hotels in the 3* to 5*S segment-data-driven, creative, and audience-focused.
- Operational Campaign Management: You plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Budget Management & Performance Optimization: You efficiently manage campaign budgets, analyze relevant KPIs, and derive actionable optimization measures to increase performance, lead generation, and bookings.
- Analysis, Tracking & Reporting: You work with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager, translating performance data into clear and actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Testing & Continuous Improvement: You conduct A/B tests for ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages, continuously refining campaigns to maximize results.
- AI Expertise & Data-Driven Optimization: You have a strong understanding of AI applications in performance marketing and leverage relevant tools to improve campaign planning, analysis, and optimization-from generating creative and keyword ideas to automating repetitive tasks.
- Teamwork & Stakeholder Communication: You collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and hotel clients to ensure seamless project execution and successful outcomes.
- Innovation & Service Development: You actively contribute new ideas and help shape the further development of our performance marketing services, processes, and products.
Your profile
- Education: You hold at least a Bachelor's degree or a vocational qualification in Business Administration, Media, Marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, you bring relevant experience from the hotel or tourism industry (e.g., through vocational training or a dual-study program).
- Professional Experience: You have at least two years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a focus on Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Paid Social campaigns.
- Paid Media Expertise: You possess solid hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads and have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing principles.
- Tracking & Analytics Skills: You are experienced in working with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Analytical Mindset: You work in a structured and independent manner and maintain a clear overview even when managing complex campaigns and multiple priorities.
- AI Enthusiasm: You are passionate about AI tools and emerging technologies and actively integrate them into your daily work to improve efficiency and results.
- Strong Communication Skills: You enjoy collaborating and communicating with both internal teams and external clients, and you are confident communicating in both German and English.
- Hands-On Mentality: You are a proactive team player with a high level of initiative, ownership, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
