Job summary

In this job of Executive Director Sales, you will own the strategic growth of our German business. You will drive high-level business development, build strong customer relationships, and set new standards in sales-always with a clear focus on our digital platform, Xvantage.

With clear goals and a strong vision, you anticipate opportunities and turn them into sustainable growth.

What will you do?
  • Take full sales responsibility for Germany and lead the strategic business development agenda.
  • Lead a team of seven Heads of Sales and, together with our 180-member sales organization, identify new growth opportunities, accelerate business performance, and celebrate success.
  • Champion a strategic, proactive sales approach and develop a scalable sales structure.
  • Collaborate closely and confidently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.

  • Leadership & Mindset: You combine strong leadership with strategic business acumen. You inspire, influence, and communicate vision with clarity-confident at every organizational level.
  • Your Personality: You operate without ego-solution-oriented, pragmatic, and focused on team and business success. You recognize opportunities and embrace change.
  • Experience: Experience in Enterprise and SMB sales or platform sales-ideally in cloud, software, or IT.
  • Network: You know the German IT landscape, have strong experience engaging partners, system integrators, and customers, and move confidently at C-level.
  • Willingness to Travel: You enjoy meeting customers and attending industry events.
  • Languages: You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English, ensuring effective collaboration with both customers and international teams.
