Job Description
Phoenixx is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to expand our client base across Europe. You will be responsible for new business development, managing the sales cycle, and closing contracts that support our services in compliance, operational excellence, and AI/data innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients across Europe in communication and entertainment industries
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to present Phoenixx's services
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with C-level decision-makers
  • Collaborate with consulting and operations teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and prepare forecasts for senior management


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (consulting, SaaS, or communication/entertainment platforms preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong networking, prospecting, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are highly desirable
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset; ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
