Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a section during events, ensuring outstanding guest service from start to finish.
- Coordinate with kitchen and senior service teams to deliver smooth and seamless service.
- Prepare and maintain mise en place and station setup in line with event needs.
- Train and guide junior staff during setup and service.
- Maintain elegance, speed, and precision even under pressure.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-6 years' experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, banqueting, or event catering.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and customer care.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Fluent in English; basic German is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, team player, and proactive mindset.
