Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. We have built a cloud object storage solution comparable to AWS S3, purpose-built and optimised for AI and compute workloads. Our commercial hyper-growth speaks for itself, powered by our channel-first go-to-market strategy.

We are now expanding beyond storage: we are building a high-performance compute platform, offering an end-to-end solution from GPU infrastructure to full GPU platform software stack. In doing so, we are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralised infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and AI applications.

As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will work directly with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives across the entire organization. You will play a key supporting role in scaling a category-defining cloud company that aims to challenge hyperscalers and reshape cloud infrastructure from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the center of the business, gain direct exposure to high-velocity decision-making, and learn how a high-growth technology company is built.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Operate at the Core of the Business: Drive strategic and operational initiatives across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Operations, helping move the company's most important priorities forward.
• Support the Founders: Research, prepare, and execute founder-led projects ranging from investor and partner engagements to key cross-functional internal initiatives.
• Own High-Impact Workstreams: Take ownership of critical projects from analysis to execution, ensuring work moves forward quickly, reliably, and with exceptional quality.
• Unify Ecosystem: Bridge the gap between internal product/business teams and external critical stakeholders (investors, partners, lawyers), keeping everyone moving fast and in lockstep.
• Build & Scale with AI: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and automations that unlock efficiency and operational leverage across the business.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program with outstanding academic performance (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related).
• Experience: You have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, startups, venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or high-growth technology companies.
• Analytical & Structured Thinking: You break down complex problems, derive insight from research and data, and communicate results clearly and concisely.
• Ownership & Curiosity: You take initiative, thrive in ambiguity, and are excited by technology, AI, and company building.
• Bilingual: Fluent in German and English.
