Your tasks as (Senior) Consultant

• Support and advice: You are the central contact person for clients and candidates in the industrial and production sector.
• Sales: Building and maintaining a strong network through active sales activities.
• Recruiting process: Together with the recruitment team, you conduct job interviews and ensure optimal employee deployment .
• Deployment planning: Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and support of employees during their deployment.
• Quality assurance: You ensure a smooth hiring process and guarantee the satisfaction of all involved.

This is you

• A completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as a personnel services clerk) or a university degree
• Professional experience in sales or recruitment, ideally as a personnel planner or recruitment consultant.
• You feel at home in the skilled worker business and are familiar with the various industrial-technical training occupations.
• Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• A structured, reliable and team-oriented way of working .
