Head of Supply & Trading Main Fuels (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, located in Berlin, is currently under trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur).

We hold interests in three German refineries which account for 12% of total processing capacity in the Federal Republic of Germany. We are responsible for the marketing, supply and transportation of mineral oil and renewable energy products throughout Central Europe.

Your tasks

• Leadership: Leading and developing the "Commercial/Supply Team" consisting of traders, supply coordinators, customer service managers and analysts
• Managing the supply chain: Oversee the supply through own refinery production and international or national purchases, storage, and transportation of mineral oil products
• Collaborating with other departments: Working closely with refining, operations and finance to align trading strategies with overall business goals
• Key account management: strategic, systematic managing our most important partners to generate long-term value and foster deep, collaborative relationships
• Monitoring external market developments: systematic observation and analysis of market trends, demand changes and competitive dynamics translated into strategic

Your profile

• Extensive supply & trading experience (ideally 7+ years) in the mineral oil or energy sector
• Relevant academic background in Business Administration or equivalent, preferably with supply chain or logistics focus
• Extensive analytical and commercial acumen
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with a confident, customer-focused presence
• Solid understanding of finance, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Business Fluency in German and English, combined with effective communication skills
