Your Mission

You create clarity in complexity, accelerate delivery, and empower teams across the entire organization.

Your Tasks:

Enterprise Architecture

• Own the target architecture for applications and integrations, and turn business needs into clear IT roadmaps
• Establish architecture standards and streamline the application portfolio
• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams while evaluating new technologies

Application Governance

• Manage application ownership and end-to-end lifecycle
• Oversee architecture approvals, ensure consistent integrations and data flows
• Safeguard compliance with security, data protection, and operational policies

DevOps & SDLC

• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, environments, and release processes
• Define standards for testing, deployment, rollback, monitoring, and logging
• Enable development, infrastructure, and security teams - and foster a strong DevOps culture

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of enterprise application landscapes (ERP, CRM, MES, integrations)
• Solid DevOps experience (CI/CD, GitOps, containers, automated testing)
• Good understanding of cloud and hybrid architectures (Azure/AWS)
• Hands-on technical approach with strategic architectural thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to align business needs with IT architecture and drive cross-functional collaboration
