Travel should be exciting to plan-not overwhelming. That's why, in 2013, four travel lovers set out to change the game. They created Worldia, a platform that makes it easy for travel agencies to build, customize, and book unforgettable trips for their clients-all in just a few clicks.

We partner with travel agencies giving them the tools to offer made-to-measure journeys across 90+ destinations, backed by cutting-edge technology and top-tier customer support.

And because we have a winning formula, we're continuing to drive our growth-expanding internationally, innovating our tech, and welcoming new partners to reimagine the future of travel.

Missions

As part of the Travel Advisor team in our Berlin office, you will join your colleagues in these following tasks:

• You'll provide expert travel planning and advice, primarily for our agency partners, and occasionally for direct customers.
• You'll deliver support via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our partners and arrange services with our local partners to ensure seamless travel experiences
• No need for long searches: you'll deliver clear, accurate answers to our partners' questions about Worldia and our platform.
• Share your knowledge: we and our customers love your genuine insider travel tips.
• Build customer loyalty: thanks to your support, curious prospects become enthusiastic Worldia ambassadors.
• You'll have the opportunity to create tailor-made itineraries and offers, discovering new destinations every day.

• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin to work in our office.
• You speak German at C2 level and very good English, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, you have some initial experience in the travel industry, but career changers are also very welcome!
• You are organized, thorough, and have a good eye for detail.
• You like to take initiative and are solution-oriented.
• You're enthusiastic and persuasive.
• You're not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy talking to customers and partners.
• You're not afraid of new challenges.

• Hybrid work model (2 days remote/week) + 4 weeks of remote work within the EU per year
• 27 days of PTO (with possibility to increase to a max of 30 days depending on seniority)
• Lunch: up to 7,5 € lunch compensation for 15 working days per month only for work related meals
• Mobility: up to 40€ mobility compensation for each month to be used for your work way
