Who We're Looking For?

You bring solutions to the customer. You understand individual processes, design workflows, and deploy tailored automations - quickly, structured, and production-ready. You take full ownership of customer success, working directly with clients and deploying our customized solutions into their environments.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrable personal projects - you have already built and shipped software projects
• Structured thinking and experience working with tools such as Claude Code & Cursor
• A high level of commitment and reliability, with a strong balance between pragmatism and attention to detail
• The ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into robust technical solutions
• A hands-on mindset - you want to see your work create real impact for customers
