Digitall is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and our Lead Architect in ServiceNow to gather requirements, design ServiceNow solutions, and support the successful implementation in our projects. We want to develop you through hands-on training, relevant certification courses and learning on the job into solution architects. You will work in a client-facing position, joining already in the pre-sales phase the account team in order to design the most optimal solution for the client and later deliver it in an implementation project together with experienced ServiceNow consultants.

This is your job:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather, document, and validate technical requirements.
  • Design and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, and dashboards to support business processes.
  • Design the Solution architecture and be the main contact person in the implementation for our technical team.
  • Provide technical expertise across ServiceNow with focus on ITSM, CSM and FSM
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support solution design reviews and ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform standards and governance.
  • Participate in project planning, estimations, and delivery activities within Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Participate in pre-sales demonstrations and their preparations. You will be involved in proposal generation as a technical point of contact to design the solution architecture used for the estimation
  • Stay up to date with ServiceNow product releases, new features, and industry trends.
  • You will travel to client locations in DACH and participate in workshops with the client based on the project demands

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (3+years experience) or a similar ServiceNow-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and core modules, particularly ITSM, CSM and FSM.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT service management processes are of advantage
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and Certified Application Developer (CA) are preferred.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications such as, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-SPM are considered an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
