The Marketing Specialist – EMEA supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, content, and events to drive brand awareness and sales growth in alignment with the global marketing strategy. Working closely with global marketing, sales and partners, the role combines hands-on campaign delivery with digital marketing and data-driven insights to ensure effective and impactful marketing initiatives across the region.

  • Manage the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing programs and campaigns across EMEA, including email and social media, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategy
  • Create, manage, and update marketing content, including email, social media, website copy, presentations, and brochures (copywriting and proofreading)
  • Coordinate and prioritise tasks with the marketing team
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and produce performance reports
  • Manage and update the EMEA webshop in collaboration with customer relations and product management
  • Collaborate with the EMEA sales team to support local initiatives through events, campaigns, and marketing collateral/tools
  • Support lead management and follow-up in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Coordinate EMEA marketing and industry events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor management, promotion, and sales support
  • Work with distributors and resellers to support joint initiatives, including events, campaigns, microsites, and co-branded collateral

3 years+ experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, retail or technology-driven environments
Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
Understanding of channel marketing and working with distributors/resellers is a plus
Experience coordinating events and managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media
Strong content planning, creation, and optimisation skills with an editorial mindset
Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot (or similar CRM)
Experience using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to support performance tracking and insights
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude and focus on delivering results
Fluent in English
