Mechanical - Process Piping Supervisor
PM Group is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical - Process Piping Supervisor for a major pharmaceutical project near Frankfurt in Germany.

Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical installation teams for process equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards (GMP, FDA, EMA)
- Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and project management
- Monitor quality control and adherence to technical specifications
- Manage mechanical contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce HSE protocols
- Review and approve method statements and risk assessments
- Oversee commissioning and testing of mechanical systems
- Maintain project schedules and report progress to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience process / process piping experience
- Strong stakeholder and technical engineering abilities
- Diploma / Degree (Level 7) in Engineering or Construction Management or in related technical discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability of collaboration within a multi-discipline team in a large scale construction environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to produce accurate work within strict timelines.
- Health & safety advocate - safety always first
- Fluent German and good English language skills
