Who we are looking for...

We are looking for an organizational talent with a strong quality mindset who maintains oversight of our inventory levels and acts as an important interface between Purchasing and kitchen operations. You ensure that our goods receiving, storage, and goods issuing processes run smoothly, thereby making a significant contribution to the success of our culinary offerings.

What your responsibilities are...

• You act as a central interface between Purchasing and kitchen operations

• You receive deliveries and check them for quality, quantity, temperature, and conformity with the orders

• You document incoming goods in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines

• You properly store delivered goods and ensure correct storage conditions

• You ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and FIFO principles at all times

• You monitor best-before dates and ensure optimal stock rotation

• You support regular stock checks and inventory counts

• You ensure that the Kitchen is always supplied with the required goods

• You control the par levels in your store areas and place the orders

• You ensure order, cleanliness, and structure in all storage areas

• You work closely with the Purchasing and Kitchen Department and contribute to efficient inventory management

• You optimize productivity and efficiency within your area of responsibility and actively contribute suggestions for improvement

• Initial experience in kitchen operations, inventory management, logistics, hospitality, or gastronomy

• Confident in HACCP standards, FIFO principles, and proper food storage

• Structured, careful, and responsible working style

• Organized and able to set priorities even in high workload situations

• Strong quality awareness in everything you do

• Team player with enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration

• Hands-on mentality and strong can-do attitude

• Good German and English skills required

• You have valid work permit for Germany / EU
