The Opportunity
We are expanding our commercial presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development professional to lead new customer acquisition and market expansion across enterprise and public sector accounts.
This is a hunter-oriented role focused on building new relationships, opening strategic accounts, and driving end-to-end sales cycles in highly complex and mission-critical industries such as telecom, critical communications, and public safety.
You will play a key role in introducing Modirum Platforms' AI-driven and secure technology solutions to new customers in one of Europe's most important enterprise markets.
What You'll Do
Identify and engage new enterprise customers across the DACH region
Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, procurement, technical stakeholders)
Present tailored solutions that address complex customer needs in regulated industries
Represent Modirum Platforms at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Germany and wider DACH region
Collaborate closely with internal technical and presales teams to deliver successful proposals and POCs
Continuously monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales / business development
Strong hunter mindset with ability to open new markets and build pipeline from scratch
Experience in complex sales cycles (software, SaaS, telecom, or critical infrastructure solutions preferred)
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in German enterprise organizations
Strong negotiation and closing skills
High level of independence and ownership
Willingness to travel across the DACH region
Fluent in English and German, with knowledge of French, Italian, or another European language considered an advantage.
