Reference 2026-17231 Position description Type of assignment Full-time Regular Function Support function - Sales Job title BDM / KAM ProLog m/f/d M/F Job description To gain and retain standard accounts ( SA ) as well as complex Key Accounts ( KA ) and to manage and build relationships with these customers to increase Geodis Freight Forwardingas wallet share and grow the customer portfolio as well as sales revenue and gross profit. To contribute towards raising the brand awareness of Geodis Freight Forwarding in the market and creating a positive image of the company, supporting the increase of market share. Applicant's profile Vocational working and thinking level 5 years of experience with proven sales record Experience in freight forwarding ( Air and Ocean ) and logistics industry Solid negotiation and presentation techniques Good sales techniques, concept and solution sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns Fluent in local language and good English language skills Solid questioning and communication skills Team player, self-propelled individual Good time management skills Annual plan and budget Execute SGAP, in line with national & corporate sales strategy and market developments, in order to set realistic & ambitious sales & customer development goals to contribute to National Sales Plan. Policies, Processes & Procedures Make use of the GSP and its deliverables to follow a proven sales process. Management information Submit management information related to performance as well as the opportunity pipeline for assigned accounts, to enable the NSM to steer and take corrective actions if applicable in accordance with corresponding formats and reporting deadlines defined by superior.
