To continuously develop our complex IT landscapes, we are looking for dedicated talent who want to grow with us. For our IT team in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central division, we are looking for you as a Change and Release Manager (m/f/d).

Your role with us: You will play a central role in the successful implementation and further development of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) solutions. You will ensure that changes and new releases are implemented smoothly, efficiently, and with high acceptance among our internal users. Your focus will be on managing the organizational aspects of technical deliveries and ensuring quality.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Change Management: You will develop and implement change management strategies and plans to prepare and support our IT teams and affected systems in response to upcoming changes in business requirements within the Dynamics 365 BC environment.
  • Release Management: You will plan, coordinate, and monitor the deployment of new features and updates for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC systems across various environments (DEV, STAGE, Production).
  • Test Management: You define appropriate testing procedures for new software features and plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of tests, thereby ensuring the quality of the delivered software features.
  • Coordination and Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with business owners, service providers, IT staff, testers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and validate release content and ensure timely execution.
  • Communication: You are responsible for designing and implementing communication strategies to optimally prepare key users and end-users for new features and processes resulting from software changes and to promote acceptance.
  • Process Design: You define, manage, and optimize IT change, release, and testing processes in accordance with best practices.


Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • You have a degree in business, business informatics, or a comparable field, along with some initial professional experience.
  • You possess strong communication skills and a high degree of facilitation and persuasion skills.
  • You are characterized by a structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach to work.
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in change and/or release management in an IT environment, e.g., in the context of ERP systems.
  • You have basic knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management/ITIL and the use of tools such as Jira is desirable.
  • Fluency in German rounds out your profile.
